The website warklan.com is run by Warklan, a company registered in Algeria, with offices in Hassi Messaoud and Algiers. We are responsible for the information you give us. For any question, write to contact@warklan.com.

2. What we collect

We only ask for what we need to help you.

• Free registration form: company name, country, work email, sectors and the products or services you offer.
• Contact form: your name, company, work email, the tender reference if you have one, and your message.
• Website statistics: anonymous visit counts (pages visited, country, type of device), with no cookies and nothing that identifies you.

We never ask for payment details, passwords or identity documents through this website.

3. Why we use it

• To send you the Algerian tenders that match your profile.
• To answer your messages and prepare the quotations you request.
• To improve our website and our service.

We do not use your information for any other purpose.

4. Who can see it

Only the members of the Warklan team who handle your request can see your information. We never sell, rent or share it with other companies for their marketing.

We use a few trusted service providers to run the website, our email and our records. They store the information on our behalf only and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We will only disclose information to an Algerian authority when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• Registration details: for as long as you stay registered. If you ask us to delete them, we do it within 30 days.
• Messages: up to two years after our last exchange, so we can follow up on your requests.

6. How we protect it

Access to your information is limited to our team. The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), and we choose service providers with recognized security standards.

7. Your rights

You stay in control of your information. At any time, and free of charge, you can:

• ask to see the information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it;
• stop receiving tender emails, by replying to any of our emails or writing to us.

Just send one email to contact@warklan.com. We reply within 7 days.

8. No cookies

This website does not use cookies. We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you on other websites. That is why you will never see a cookie banner here.

9. Visitors from outside Algeria

Some of our service providers may store information on servers outside Algeria. By submitting a form, you agree to this. We only work with providers that offer a high level of protection.

10. Applicable law

This policy follows Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
